This Privacy Policy explains how Club Prime Houston ("Club Prime," "we," "us," or "our") handles personal information when you use clubprimehouston.com, Prime OS, Club Prime account and portal features, event ticketing, VIP reservations, memberships, contact and concierge features, and related online services.

Depending on how you use the services, we may collect identifiers and contact information such as name, email address, phone number, account identifiers, reservation details, resident verification information, membership selections, event RSVPs, job or staffing information, and communications you send to Club Prime. We also maintain operational records such as orders, ticket and VIP references, payment status, amounts, Clover transaction identifiers, membership status, staff roles, schedules, timekeeping records, access logs, and other records needed to operate Prime OS.

Online card payments are processed through Clover and its payment services. Card entry is handled through Clover payment technology. Club Prime does not intentionally store full payment card numbers or card security codes in Prime OS. We may retain transaction references, payment status, amount, timestamps, order or reservation references, and reconciliation information necessary to confirm and support a purchase.

We use personal information to process tickets, VIP reservations, memberships and other purchases; provide confirmations and requested communications; manage guest, resident, member and staff accounts; operate scheduling, timekeeping and management functions; reconcile Clover transactions; prevent fraud and misuse; administer events and venue operations; respond to support requests; maintain safety and security; comply with legal and accounting obligations; and improve Club Prime services.

Transactional messages may be sent when necessary to complete a reservation, purchase, account request, event update or other service you requested. Promotional email or text messages are sent only when the applicable consent or permission has been recorded. You may opt out of promotional communications using the instructions in the message or by contacting Club Prime. Opting out of marketing does not stop necessary transactional or service communications.

We use service providers and integrations to operate Club Prime services. These may include Clover for payment processing and merchant data, Base44 for application hosting, authentication, databases and application functions, calendar and communications providers for requested scheduling or messaging, and other vendors used for membership, support, analytics, security or venue operations. These providers may process information on our behalf or under their own terms where applicable.

We may share information with service providers that need it to perform services for Club Prime; with event, venue or operational personnel where necessary to fulfill a reservation or service; when required by law, court order or valid legal process; to protect Club Prime, our guests, employees or others from fraud, security threats or harm; or in connection with a business reorganization, financing, sale or transfer. We do not sell personal information to advertisers.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including to provide services, maintain transaction and accounting records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, manage employment and staffing records, and satisfy legal or regulatory obligations. Retention periods vary by record type. When information is no longer needed, we may delete, de-identify or securely archive it as appropriate.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse or alteration. No website, payment system, database or transmission method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on applicable law and your relationship with Club Prime, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information. Registered users may also have account controls available within the applicable portal. Club Prime is a nightlife and event venue, and many services or events are intended for adults and may require guests to be 21 or older. Our online services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Our website and service providers may use cookies, local storage and similar technologies necessary for authentication, security, preferences, checkout functionality, performance and analytics. Your browser may allow you to limit some technologies, but disabling necessary storage may prevent certain site features from working correctly.
